Emirgan Sutis introduces Turkish delight 'Gozleme' in Qatar

Sherry Aggarwal Gupta Emirgan Sutis, a Turkish restaurant introduces ‘Gozleme’- a traditional turkish food at its outlets in Pearl and financial square in Doha. Gozleme is a traditional savoury Turkish flatbread and pastry dish, made of hand-rolled dough, lightly brushed with butter and eggs, and filled with various toppings. The Gozleme is one of the everyday foods that are cooked in Turkish homes. However, it is not easily available in all the Turkish restaurants in Qatar. Emiragn Sutis has hired bakery chef Handan Ayas from Turkey to bring the authentic flavour to the Emirgan Suti’s new menu. The restaurant has set up Gozleme live cooking station in the open and all the customers can actually watch Gozlemes getting baked live in front of them.
