You will need
4 big tomatoes for tomato purée
One medium size onion
Garlic and ginger as per your taste
9-10 cashew nuts, almonds each
Whole spices- Green cardamom 2-3, cloves 2-3, cinnamon stick 1 small , black pepper corn 2-3
Step 1
Heat a pan and sauté everything together except tomatoes -- I like to make seedless tomato purée for my gravy....
Once everything is sautéed, blend everything and make a fine paste. Add little milk so ingredients blend easily
Step 2
Heat a pot of water and put tomatoes in it. Boil until the skin of tomatoes start peeling off.
Now remove the pan from the gas stove. Peel off the skin and use a sieve to separate seeds from the the tomato gravy.
Step 3
Heat 0il in pan and sauté mustard seeds. Add mustard powder and red chill powder and cook in oil for a good color
Now add both the gravies one after another and cook for 2-3 minute...
Now turn off the flame and let the gravy cool down a little
Now add cream to your gravy
Turn on the flame and cook gravy for one more minute.
Add paneer cubes.
Add salt, Garam masala and kasturi methi in the end as per your taste.
Serve the delicious dish with laccha Parantha
Thank you :)
