Emirgan Sutis introduces Turkish delight 'Gozleme' in Qatar

Emirgan Sutis, a Turkish restaurant introduces ‘Gozleme’- a traditional turkish food at its outlets in Pearl and financial square in Doha. Gozleme is a traditional savoury Turkish flatbread and pastry dish, made of hand-rolled dough, lightly brushed with butter
and eggs, and filled with various toppings.
The Gozleme is one of the everyday foods that are cooked in Turkish homes. However, it is not easily available in all the Turkish restaurants in Qatar. Emiragn Sutis has hired bakery
chef Handan Ayas from Turkey to bring the authentic flavour to the Emirgan Suti’s new menu. The restaurant has set up Gozleme live cooking station in the open and all the customers can actually watch Gozlemes getting baked live in front of them. The live station itself gives you the vibes of traditionalism and authenticity and obiviously the flavours of freshly baked Gozleme leave you wanting for more. In order to introduce this dish to Qatar market, Emirgan Sutis invited few top foodies in the city through Zomato to try out their new food item on the menu.

Omar Alsabbah, foodie, said, “We sample few varieties of freshly baked Gozleme stuffed with cheese, spinach, mix of cheese and spinach and meat. All were so yummy and my favourite is the one stuffed with meat. It is a must try food. Another foodie Shereen D’souza said, “It is good that Sutis has introduced something new to the Turkish cuisine
in Qatar. Gozleme is not only delicious, it is also interesting to watch Chef Handan preparing it right in front of you.
