How you were doing it all wrong.
People, all over, are used to prepare the green teas with boiling water (100 degrees) which is not the right way to brew it.
If you were doing it all wrong, we tell you how to brew your green tea right.
The right way
The correct way is to brew the green teas with water at 80 degrees for up to 3 minutes in the pot. This way you can brew the perfect cup of green tea. It is easier for a chef with modern instruments to measure 80 degrees temperature and serve the perfect hot cup of green tea to guests, but we also have simple way using which you can brew your own hot cup of green tea right at home.
Follow the simple directions
·      Take your teapot
·      Put your green tea leaves into it
·      Add room temperature water up to the lower bottom handle of the tea pot
·      Now, fill the pot to the required amount with boiling water.
·      This will give you a water temperature close to 80 degrees.
Why, maintaining temperature is so important?
The green tea leaves undergo minimal processing and are very fresh therefore a sudden shot of boiling water makes the tealeaves let its acidity out. Also the teas prepared with hot water will have a bitter taste and a foul aroma that is unpleasant while consuming.
How is green tea helpful?
Consuming green teas regularly does contribute to weight reduction by lowering LDL cholesterol levels, and inhibiting the abnormal formation of blood clots.
It also kills cancer cells without harming healthy tissue.
Additionally, it fights tooth decay and helps weight control.
