Breakfast-Healthy roasted peanuts and yogurt sandwich

Hello dear readers,

Here I bring you one delicious and easy breakfast sandwich recipe. It is quick and healthy. You just need some peanuts, yogurt, and salt & pepper to taste.

Here comes the quick recipe

Dry roast peanuts in a PAN
Grind peanuts into powder
Now add curd to the peanut powder. Add as per the consistency you like.
Now mix both the ingredients and add salt & pepper as per taste.
Now spread the mixture on the bread and top it with second bread slice.
Now grill the sandwich and enjoy :)
