Healthy Murmure (puffed rice) dahi poha
Hello dear readers,
If you despise eating poha for breakfast then I have one beautiful alternative for you, which tastes better and scores equal on health scale. It is dahi Murmure (puffed rice) poha.
Here comes the recipe...
Soak puffed rice or Murmure in water for some 10 minutes
After 10 mins, drain out water completely from puffed rice and put them in a separate bowl.
Add peanut powder almost 50 percent of puffed rice quantity ( roast peanuts and grind into fine powder)
Now Add Channa Daal powder ( you get in market or you can roast daal and grind it )
Add black pepper and salt as per taste
Toss everything together
Now heat oil in PAN and add mustard seeds and a pinch of Hing.
Once mustard seeds start splutter , add onions
Sauté till transulent in colour
Add the above ingredients
Sauté for a minute
Add curd in the end and mix everything together
Sauté for a minute
Garnish with coriander and serve the healthy dahi poha to your family :)
