Easy breakfast Corn and potato salad

 



Hello dear readers

You get up and it's 8 am. You are late for work and first thing you do is that you skip the breakfast. Well, follow this recipe and do not miss your breakfast on those busy mornings when you are late for work. Always have chopped onions and tomatoes in your fridge it always saves you. For this corn potato salad you would need 

One cup of corns
One boiled potato ( make some insertions in Patato and keep it in microwave for 2 minutes and you will have an edible potato)
One chopped onion
One chopped tomato
Few green / black olives
1 tbsp of low fat mayonnaise and olive oil
Salt and pepper for seasoning 

Let's make this salad quickly 

Mix all the ingredients together and your breakfast is ready and it tastes super yummy too.
