Frame by Frame Punjabi Parantha Breakfast

Hello dear readers,

We are punjabi's and we start our day with wheat flour. We do not really mind it because we just cannot digest even the concept of eating bread butter, poha for breakfast. Here comes the frame by frame steps of making a very simple piranha with salk, red chilli and ajwaiin 







Smear ghee on both the sides and shallow fry parantha



Use kitchen cloth to press paranth to cook the surface evenly



Keep flipping the sides of piranha







Enjoy with bhartha or any vegetable and curd.
