Bhartha's Frame by Frame Recipe


Hello dear readers,

I am going to show the recipe of my favourite vegetable - Eggplant, frame by frame. Hope you like it. The photos may not be very clear, but the purpose is to make the process of learning easy for you all :)

Roast eggplant





roast it from all sides



This is how roasted eggplant looks like


Now, peel off the skin


Mash it with fork or fingers


Heat a pan, add one tbsp of ghee and once the ghee is hated , add one medium size chopped onion


Add ginger 


Saute until onions turn into golden colour and garlic is cooked


Add tomatoes -one chopped


sauté until tomato is softer and is cooked


Add eggplant


Add spice cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper

Warning- no mustard powder/ haldi


Mix sides well with eggplant and onion tomato tadka. Let spices cook and serve delicious "Bhartha with "Paronthi" (Check recipe in the blog)
